Accenture Norway is seeking a vibrant Location Services Analyst to join our exceptional Workplace Office Team in Oslo! Your Mission:
As our Location Services Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, creating an atmosphere that radiates warmth and professionalism. Your role will be instrumental in shaping an innovative workplace culture that enhances productivity and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staffing the Reception Area: Warmly greet employees and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Customer Service Support: Address inquiries and provide relevant information to employees and visitors.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring smooth handling of mail and packages.
- Oversee catering orders and ensure timely setup and coordination for meetings and events.
- Manage meeting room bookings and assist in organizing and supporting office events.
- Contribute to office sustainability efforts and help ensure workplace safety and security.
- Assist in managing relationships with vendors and coordinating facility-related matters.
- Day-to-day tasks to support various aspects of Workplace Management.

- You are fluent in English and Norwegian, with exceptional communication skills.

- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or you have relevant experience in reception, customer service, or office administration.
