Little bit about the role..
As a Performance Marketing Manager NO, you will evaluate, optimize and execute Allente’s digital media as well as performance marketing strategy in the Norwegian market. Your role will be to secure overall alignment with brand communication, and to ensure traffic to various digital channels and drive conversion online.

Allente is a Nordic TV operator, providing top quality TV services to its appr. 1 million customers in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. The company was established in May 2020 by a merger between Canal Digital and Viasat Consumer. In 2019, the two companies had combined net sales of SEK 7.5 bn. Allente is owned 50/50 by Telenor Group and Viaplay Group.


Key responsibilities:

• Optimizing and evaluating digital media strategy
• Executing the performance marketing strategy
• Identifying and implementing tools that drive efficiency, automation, and effectiveness of digital channels
• Securing that individual campaigns are in line with overall brand communication strategy and guidelines
• Being responsible for SEM
• Providing strong support to drive traffic to digital channels
• Driving the day-to-day collaboration with media agency and e-commerce team
• Very close collaboration with the team when executing and optimizing digital performance campaigns

Requirements:

• Formal education in marketing/media management/digital marketing or similar
• Work experience in similar position
• Strong experience in operating in complex media environment ,with high focus on digital performance channels
• Strong knowledge and experience in digital performance: SEM, targeting, So Me, Mar Tech
• High level of ownership when being responsible for hers/his own projects and assignments
• Strong knowledge of the media landscape
• ‘Digital first’ mindset
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
