The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the plan and estimation discipline in the Norway business. We are looking for someone who is experienced in managing people, with a background in the energy or industrial areas.
The Plan and Estimation Manager is the line manager for the personnel defined within the disciplines Plan and Estimation. Furthermore, the Plan and Estimation Manager is overall responsible for managing the discipline-specific competence, systems, processes and quality assurance supporting project execution.

- Line manager for Plan and Estimation personnel, managing discipline-specific competence, systems, processes, and quality assurance for project execution locally and internationally
- Managing Subject Matter Experts for plan & estimation disciplines
- Overseeing competence management, aligning with strategic plans, talent management, and succession planning
- Maintaining and developing systems and tools, specifying needs for new systems, identifying superusers
- Providing professional advice and mentoring, supporting project execution
- Optimizing project manning, participating in MPP meetings, recruitment processes
- Identifying relevant GEC scope, selecting GEC personnel, meeting GEC utilization requirements
- Leading improvement projects, institutionalizing learning, developing standardized processes
- Minimum 3 years of Engineering, College/University or equivalent competence through relevant practice
- Operational experience from similar businesses line-managing personnel
- Good formulation skills both orally and in writing, in Norwegian and English
- Management / leadership skills
- Strong interest in leading people
- Strong cooperation and presentation skills both written and oral
- Independent and service-minded
- Motivating and responsible Ability to work systematically and accurately in a hectic environment
