• Purchasing within defined schedule and budget.
• Negotiate contractual Terms & Conditions, frame agreements, price lists.
• Support to bid, collecting offers during the pre-contractual phase when applicable.
• Monitor market trends, analysis of the expected volumes and possible commercial agreements.
• Establish and keep relations with suppliers.
• Support with cost analysis and price evaluation, keeping cost KPIs databases updated (where applicable).
• Update ERP system, supplier information, delivery lead times and prices.
• Authorization of invoices according to routines in department.

• Bachelor/Master's degree graduate
• Preferably higher education within procurement, logistics, technical or financial. Relevant experience can replace the education requirement.
• Preferably experience in managing Suppliers and/or customers.
• Preferably experience with ERP systems.

• Targeted, proactive, patient and goal oriented.
• Good cooperation and communication skills.
• Structured with good analytical skills.
• Good negotiation skills and commercial understanding.
  
• English Language.
