We are looking for you who are already or want to become a restaurant co-worker and take place in Bastard Burger's restaurant, to prepare and serve Norway's best hamburgers. You are open to varying tasks and can take place in the kitchen and at the cash register. You love food and understand the importance of quality and food craftsmanship. As a restaurant assistant at Bastard Burgers, you will work at a high pace and therefore it is extra important that you understand that communication is crucial for a smooth and fun teamwork. There will be stressful moments in a restaurant, but you will handle them efficiently and with a solution focus.
You have the right attitude and a great personality, where you understand that you are incredibly important to both the guests and your colleagues, so you come to work with a good energy - just like the rest of the team. For you, it is a matter of course that the guests get the best service. Your CV is not as important as your willingness to work and develop with us - we already have the knowledge and are happy to teach it.
Specification of requirements:
- Educational requirements: none
- Experience requirements: none, but meritorious with previous kitchen or restaurant experience.
- Language requirements: speak English and/or Norweigan. It is an advantage if you can speak both languages.
- Desirable qualities and behaviors: we would like to see that you are cooperative, have a positive attitude, have a commitment to Bastard Burgers and are happy to know us already!

Bastard Burgers is a young and fast growing company that cares about people. We were founded in Luleå, Sweden, in 2016, and today there are more than 70 Bastard Burgers restaurants across Sweden and additional restaurants in Finland, Norway and New York!
