Wilhelmsen Ships Services AS is looking for a Salesforce Developer
To support our technical development needs, we are looking for a Salesforce Developer that will form part of our technical team. The position will report directly to Salesforce Lead Solution Engineer. Within Wilhelmsen Ships Service AS, we offer a wide array of challenges and tasks, and you will get to apply your trade in a very flat, unbureaucratic structure which allows for quick decision making.

What you will be doing:

Designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions using Apex code and Flows across Sales, Service, Marketing and CPQ Salesforce clouds

Contributing to the Salesforce Roadmap and Sprint planning sessions
-
Working directly with the business stakeholders to capture requirements and change requests
-
Testing the stability and functionality of the application
-
Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
-
Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
-
Striving towards coding best practices and data quality
-
Contributing to technical documentation
-
Supporting the Salesforce Administrators on occasion
What you need to succeed in the role:
The Salesforce Developer will have experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Additional Salesforce certifications are desirable such as Certified Platform App Builder. Educational achievements such as a bachelors and/or masters are not mandatory however favorable. Although the Salesforce Developer should be able to create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of our business.
What we are looking for:

Salesforce product knowledge with at least 6 months of Salesforce development experience
-
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
-
Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce, and Java Script
-
A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements
-
Excellent work ethic, ready to absorb best practice from the tea
-
Developing solutions with best practice front of mind
-
Ability to interpret technical specifications
-
Create technical documentation
-
Available and responsive to questions
-
Effective communication skills
-
Competency in HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP-based web services
-
Familiarity with developing on other cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure
-
Hands on experience in Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Field Service
-
Demonstrates continued personal/professional development
-
Active member in the Salesforce community
