Scheduler - Spot Trader

Energy Trading Spot – Scheduling specialist will join the Spot Trading team in Bergen and will be vital part of the Spot Trading team. This is a highly operational position, but central in supporting the daily trading activity in Kinect.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting and control of Nordic and Continental Scheduling portfolio
- Report and communicate towards counterparty.
- Maintaining our portfolio in EDM system, onboarding and offboarding.
- Working towards datahubs in Energy market on our client offering.
- Working with the wider Supply and Trading team, mainly ETRM Traders and Backoffice.
- Staying updated on portfolio changes and identifying needs correction or improvement.
COMPETENCIES AND PERSONAL SKILLS
The successful candidate should have experience in reporting and control of data and values, but is not required. The candidate needs to be structured, and be able to be flexible and work under time pressure to deliver within timeline for reporting.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Technology, Energy or similar.
- Analytical skills and strong team cooperation
- Proactive mindset and ability to prioritize workload.
- Strong competence in Excel and other reporting tools is required.
- Nordic language not required, but a plus. Working language is generally English. However, candidate needs to be based in Bergen, Norway.
