Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline (such as a technical subject with substantial Information Technology (IT)) with 2 years of post-related experience;
• OR a secondary educational qualification with 4 years of post-related experience;
• General background in the maintenance of Communications and Information Systems (CIS), including pertinent training and practical experience.

Duties/role:

• Installing, operating, and maintaining assigned ICT Platforms (IS) while staying abreast of the latest developments in these areas;
• Supporting the integrity of assigned ICT Platforms (IS), and assisting with IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery Plans;
• Maintaining liaison with other CSU internal units, Business Areas/Service Centres, and other technical organizations.
