Main tasks and responsibilities

• Professionally supervise and perform service activities such as refurbishment, upgrades, inspections, preventative maintenance and corrective actions on Mac Gregor and equivalent equipment
• Provide information and write reports as required
• Cooperate with the local Mac Gregor service network
• Recognize service and spares sales opportunities and communicate with relevant departments
• Support sales activities such as follow-up on leads and quotes while at site, as agreed with sales responsible
• Follow all site safety rules, agreed working practices and environmental requirements
• Comply with all relevant safety and quality requirements according to Mac Gregor standards.
  

What you’ll need to succeed

• Technical education at Bachelors- or Technical College level within Mechatronics or Automation. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of education
• PLC experience/Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron, HMI, Drives
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel is essential
• Proficient in spoken and written English
