We are looking for a skilled and efficient Accounts cum HR Executive to manage accounting operations while supporting the human resources function. This role involves handling day-to-day financial activities and assisting with HR tasks like recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in both accounting and HR practices, ensuring smooth financial processes and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Finance:

• Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Handle VAT, income tax, and other statutory filings.
• Assist with budgeting and cash flow management.
• Support the coordination with external auditors during audits.

Human Resources:

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies.
• Manage payroll processing in collaboration with the accounts team.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and managing grievances.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws of Oman.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources.
• Experience in both accounting and HR functions.
• Familiarity with accounting software and HR management tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu, with conversational proficiency in Arabic.
