We are headquartered in Virginia, United States. We do have offices in Oman and India. Currently, we are seeking highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Sales Professionals to join our team at our Oman office. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Power Platform/Dynamics 365 projects.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Work closely with developers, solution architects, and project managers to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit requirements and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements documents, use cases, and test plans.
• Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business processes.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation and deployment phases.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in the Power Platform/Dynamics 365 ecosystem and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

• The applicant must be an Omani citizen
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge with Dev Ops tools ( Azure Devops, Jira)
