Position: Counter Salesman
Location: Muscat, Oman
Company: A reputable trading shop specializing in hardware, building materials, and construction materials
Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers upon arrival, providing comprehensive product information and advice on appropriate choices for their project requirements.
• Process customer orders and manage the cash register, ensuring accurate payment is received for goods sold.
• Monitor and keep track of inventory levels to maintain product availability.
• Build and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maximize sales and meet store objectives.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the counter area.

Experience/Skills:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the hardware, building materials, or construction sectors.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledgeable about hardware and construction materials.
• Ability to multitask and efficiently handle customer inquiries.
• Cash handling and register operation skills.

Educational Qualification:
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent education level.
