Job Description:
As a Sales Executive and Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their travel needs, and providing personalized solutions. Your goal is to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences.
- Offer tailored travel packages, including flights, hotels, and tour arrangements.
- Assist clients with visa applications and travel documentation.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize travel offerings.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Travel Consultant in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of international travel regulations and visa procedures.
