Customer Service Operations and MIS Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Operations and MIS Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient customer service operations while maintaining and analyzing Management Information Systems (MIS) to drive performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day customer service operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze MIS reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer service performance and operational efficiency for management review.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new customer service staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize data analysis to support decision-making and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service operations and management information systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power Point).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience:
  • MIS Executive: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • Oman Driving License (Preferred)
