Customer Service Operations and MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day customer service operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze MIS reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on customer service performance and operational efficiency for management review.
- Assist in training and onboarding new customer service staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Utilize data analysis to support decision-making and enhance customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service operations and management information systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power Point).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- MIS Executive: 2 years (Preferred)
- Oman Driving License (Preferred)
