Job Responsibilities:
· Manage front office operations, including ticket sales, inquiries, bookings, and merchandise.
· Process payments, update POS, and handle post-transaction tasks, including audits.
· Oversee event coordination, decorations, and guest flow, ensuring smooth operations.
· Maintain cleanliness, prepare event materials, and coordinate with F&B for meal service.
· Promote services, assist with bookings, and deliver excellent customer service.
· Ensure safety compliance, follow Health & Safety standards, and collect guest feedback.
· Support daily operations, including inventory management, cleaning, and maintenance.
Job Requirements:
· Omani nationals or expatriates residing in Oman.
· High school graduate with experience in a similar role
· Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and build relationships.
· Professional telephone etiquette and experience with ticketing systems.
· Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Committed to maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.
· Proven experience in event coordination and execution.
· Fluent in both Arabic and English.
