Job Summary:
The Fitness Centre and Yoga Instructor will be responsible for leading fitness and yoga sessions, promoting healthy lifestyles, and providing personalized guidance to guests. The instructor will help enhance guest experiences by offering a wide range of fitness classes, including yoga, strength training, and cardiovascular activities. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire guests.

Key Responsibilities;

Conduct individual and group fitness sessions, including yoga, stretching, strength training, and cardiovascular exercises.
Develop and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs of guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
Instruct yoga classes suitable for different levels of ability, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Provide personalized fitness assessments and create workout plans based on guests’ fitness levels and goals.
Ensure that all equipment and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety standards.
Monitor guests during workouts and yoga sessions, providing guidance on proper techniques to avoid injuries.
Assist guests with questions and provide advice on fitness and wellness topics.
Collaborate with the Spa and Recreation teams to promote wellness programs and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in fitness and wellness, incorporating new practices into sessions.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, delivering high-quality service to guests at all times.
Manage the scheduling of classes, ensuring a balanced and diverse offering for hotel guests.
Assist in promoting fitness and wellness services through social media and other marketing channels.

Requirements

Certified Fitness Instructor with qualifications in personal training, group fitness, or strength and conditioning.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a luxury hotel/resort, fitness center, or wellness environment.
Strong knowledge of health, fitness, and safety standards, including CPR and first aid certification.
Ability to design personalized wellness programs tailored to diverse guest needs.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
