TITLE: FORKLIFT OPERATOR REPORTS TO: PLANT LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR
FUNCTION: LOGISTICS REPORTEES:
DEPARTMENT: OPERATIONS
GRADE/LEVEL: LOCATION: MUSCAT, SULTANATE OF OMAN
Role And Context Need To Do Knowledge, Abilities and Experience
Purpose:
 As part of the operation logistics, being
responsible to conduct operations of the
forklift as per the safety standards set by
the organization

Summary of the Job Role:
 Operate the forklift as per daily tasks
 Carry materials/ products from one
assigned plant/ department to other

Key Deliverables:
 Attend the HSE safety meeting with the supervisors
 Conduct daily maintenance check for the forklift
 Follow safety protocol and procedures before operating the forklift
 Receive the daily tasks from the supervisor
 Ensure drums are aligned while storing
 Support stores with any uploading or downloading of drums whenever
required

Qualifications:
 Secondary School
 Licensed forklift operator

Skills/Knowledge:
 Good Physical fitness

Experience:
 2 years’ experience as a forklift driver
