As we grow, we are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Front Office Executive to join our team and help us deliver a top-notch guest experience at our new branch that is opening in the next month.
Position: Front Office Executive/Order taking
Job Type: Full-time (Immediate start)
Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with reservations, seating, and any inquiries.

• Manage front desk operations and handle customer feedback efficiently and handle all calls for takeaway

• Coordinate with the restaurant management to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain a professional, friendly, and inviting environment for all guests.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector.

• Education: Preferably a degree in Hotel Management or a relevant field.

• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in front desk operations, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
