Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Omani professional to join our team as an HR & Public Relations Officer (PRO). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and Public Relations, with a deep understanding of Omani labor laws, government regulations, and company HR policies. This role is essential to ensure smooth HR operations and maintain effective communication with government authorities and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Handle the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and attendance records.
- Ensure compliance with Omani labor laws and company HR policies.
- Liaise with government departments for visa processing, labor cards, and other PRO-related tasks.
- Prepare and submit necessary documents to various government offices and ensure all company licenses and permits are up-to-date.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Represent the company in meetings with government officials and other external parties.
Qualifications:
- Omani nationality is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and PRO roles, with at least [Specify Number] years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Omani labor laws and government regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
