The Opportunity
We are seeking to appoint a high calibre Marketing & Admissions Assistant to start in January 2025.
The Marketing & Admissions Assistant will work under the direction of the Head of Marketing and Admissions to execute the marketing and enrolment strategy for Cheltenham Muscat. This will include but not be limited to: ensuring marketing content is engaging and well presented; coordinating each phase of the admissions process from enquiry to classroom; and, communicating professionally with parents.
An understanding of, and empathy with, the school’s ethos and vision is essential.
The School
Cheltenham Muscat opened in September 2021 and is Oman’s first, premium, British school, for boys and girls aged 3 to 18. Our partnership with Cheltenham College UK, who have been educating pupils both from the UK and abroad for 180 years is genuine. The Person
The successful candidate will be someone who:

• is practical, creative and organised;
• is an excellent team-player and is willing to get involved in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
• has a clear understanding and appreciation of recruitment strategies;
• has experience and expertise of social media platforms and understand their power in helping to grow organisations;
• is competent in standard Microsoft Office software;
• has an appreciation of customer relationship management, ideally gained in an education or premium sales environment;
• can demonstrate a cooperative, reliable and customer-responsive “can do” attitude;
• possesses good communication skills, both on the telephone, via email and in person;
• is willing to work hard and with enthusiasm.

The school is located in the Al Bandar Masterplan – a 1.1 million square metre development situated in close proximity to Muscat International Airport, City Centre Muscat and many residential communities. Our state-of-the-art campus houses some of the finest school facilities in Oman.
