Position to be filled: Mechanical Engineer
Main requisites and general background:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector;
- Proficiency in mechanical design, equipment selection, and technical calculations;
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to mechanical systems and equipment;
- Ability to prepare mechanical drawings, specifications, and material requisitions;
- Understanding of preventive maintenance practices for mechanical systems;
- Familiarity with conducting root cause analysis for mechanical failures;
- Knowledge of shutdown procedures and coordination involving mechanical systems;
- Strong analytical and problem
- solving skills;
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
