As a Oman Wireline Country Lead you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity. You will be a vital role for our Pressure Pumping team. You will enable flawless accomplishment, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.
As a Oman Wireline Country Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers and teams to share information and updates for service delivery, reviews, projects and incidents.
• Leading strategic planning to shape productivity, reliability and consistency with regions to align resources and requirements with customer expectations.
• Taking ownership of remote operations strategy to drive organizational consistency across the globe to enhance operational productivity
• Improving new products and technology and ensuring market readiness through incorporation of operational learnings
• Monitoring KPI's to analyse and measure performance to propose improvements and action plans
• Owning and improving process and standards to ensure horizontal consistency and vertical adoption across the global product line

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Wireline Services
• Have previous experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
• Has previous experience with profit and loss statements.
• Have previous experience working with Baker Hughes tools.
• Have excellent communication skills and the tact and diplomacy to interface with various internal and external customers
• Show a creative mindset with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
