Mumtalakat Al Khonji in Muscat Oman is seeking Property Admin assistant
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and coordination rent contracts
- Renewals of rent contracts
- Prepare renewal notices and letters to tenants
- Communicate and deliver (physically) letters to tenants
- Prepare and deliver eviction notices (whenever necessary) to tenants.
- Monitor rent collection – follow-up with late payments
- Monitor and follow-up with returned checks and outstanding payments
- Monitor and follow-up legal cases
- Review and communicate tenants’ final settlement
- Prepare property reports and updates
Qualifications & Skills:
- University Degree
- English, Hindi speaking (Arabic is a plus)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer software proficient
- Social media proficient
- Positive attitude and team player
