Job description :
1. Advertise properties by arranging signs on the property and on social media
2. ⁠show properties to clients
3. ⁠agree commercial deal with clients in line with co policies
4. ⁠secure client paperwork including rental and security cheques
5. ⁠ensure final vacating inspection, payment of utility bills, attend to any work required, return of security amount or deductions as necessary
5. ⁠attend to client calls for maintenance matters
6. ⁠handover client documents, and cheques to back office
7. ⁠follow up with non paying clients, returned cheques etc
