Sales and marketing manager for interior fitout Workshop

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts at our interior fit-out workshop in Rusayl, Muscat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution and supervision of all painting, carpentry, and welding jobs while driving business growth by attracting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to position the workshop’s services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and other potential clients.
- Lead marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media presence, and promotional events, to increase brand visibility.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure that client requirements are met with high standards.
- Monitor and analyze market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the execution of all interior fit-out projects, including painting, carpentry, and welding jobs.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Supervise the quality of work and ensure that it meets company standards and client expectations.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve any issues that arise during project execution, ensuring minimal disruption to the workflow.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and project management within the interior fit-out or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of painting, carpentry, and welding processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the local market in Muscat and the broader Oman region.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Ability to speak both Arabic and English fluently.
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Sales and marketing: 1 year (Required)
- Arabic (Required)
- Omani Driving License (Required)
