Sales Engineer - Industrial Division

Roles and Responsibilities
- Present and sell the Company's products and solutions to new and existing accounts.
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
- Develop new markets and improve sales.
- Accountable for ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
- Understand each customer’s business and technical applications, anticipating their needs for products and solutions.
- Identify and analyze key opportunities and threats as they relate to products, markets, and competitors.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer visits, significant quotations, and overall sales activity.
- Achieve the allocated sales target for assigned accounts and new business.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable academic institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales of bearings or other industrial power transmission components.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance in the industrial products sector.
- Effective communication skills and an ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Can work well under pressure.
- With a valid Oman driving license.
Pay: RO700.000 - RO1,100.000 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
