Job Description:
Scaffolding Inspector (CITB certified)
Oman

Parsons is looking for a talented CITB certified Scaffolding Inspector with relevant qualifications in Scaffolding/HSE to join our site team in the interior area in Sultanate of Oman

What You'll Be Doing:

• Review the contractor’s submittals which includes but is not limited to (i) Scaffolding Shop Drawings (ii)Technical Submittals (iii)Test Reports (iv) Progress Reports (v) Method of statements (vi) Documents Transmittals (vii) Materials Submittals, (viii) RFI’s
  
• Ensuring compliance of works to design requirements, specifications and project plan.
  
• Perform site inspections, verify the compliance with the specifications and safety requirements.
  
• Identifying all non-conforming works or materials, notifying the contractor and keeping a proper record.
  
• Following up corrective and preventive measure taken by the contractor.
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Diploma or Degree in engineering or related field.
  
• Candidate must have minimum 10 years of relevant experience in real estate environment.
  
• Have experience in Scaffolding / HSE Inspection.
