The ideal candidate will have:
- Hairdressing NVQ2/ Advanced Hairdressing NVQ3 or equivalent.
- At east 4/5 years of experience as a senior hair stylist, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality results.
- Excellent technical skills, including cutting, coloring, styling, and texturizing.
- A strong understanding of the latest trends and techniques in the hair styling industry, with a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to work collaboratively with our team, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results every time.
In this role, the hairstylist will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality hair styling services to our valued clients, including haircuts, color treatments, blowouts, and more.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are always met and exceeded.
- Collaborating with our team of stylists and other professionals to ensure that our salon is always running smoothly and efficiently.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry, and sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues and clients alike.
Salary package:
- Two year renewable contract.
- The offered package consists of a Basic monthly salary + Housing allowance + Transport allowance.
- Upon hitting targets extra commission on their total services and on the their total of retail products sold.
