Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team as a Waitress/Host. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen interest in Spanish cuisine, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Waitress Role:

• Greet and escort guests to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS ordering system.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure tables are set up and cleaned after each guest leaves.
• Attend to guests’ needs throughout the dining experience, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Handle payments and provide change or receipts.
• Assist with the daily restaurant setup and closing procedures.
• Stay updated on menu items, specials, and restaurant promotions.

Host Role:

• Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Manage reservations and walk-ins to optimize table turnover and wait times.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
• Manage the waitlist during busy hours and provide accurate wait time estimates.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waitress, host, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Knowledge or interest in Spanish cuisine and culture is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: RO200.000 - RO350.000 per month
