3D Lighting Rendering Artist

VERSO is looking for a skilled lighting and rendering artist, with at
least 3 years of experience to join our animation team. In this role,
you will be instrumental in lighting, rendering and compositing 3D
scenes for various projects. As part of the team, you will assist the
animation department in look development, exploring the style or look of various projects and rendering shots for compositing and post work. You will also collaborate with the editing department in fixing shots, color correction and grading.
Main Responsibilities:
Create high-quality 3D renders for animation projects by lighting
scenes, setting up renders and compositing render passes for the final
look.
Collaborate with the animation lead and other team members to
conceptualize, look dev and render scenes that meet project goals.
Undertake post work to fix problems in renders as well as, assist in
color correction or color grading the renders.
Be able to adapt to create scenes entirely in post using compositing
techniques with the help of images or assets.
Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to CG and visual
effects.
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to create
innovative and current content.
Manage and organize assets and project files for easy access and reuse.
Provide creative input on marketing and design projects for better
collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital
Media, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience of at least 3 years as lighting rendering, compositing
artist or similar role with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in rendering software such as renderman, arnold, redshift,
eevee or cycles etc. to render 3D scenes.
Proficiency in animation and compositing software, such as Adobe suite,
Nuke, Blender, Maya, 3ds Max etc.
Understanding of 3D pipeline and processes in creating content for a
variety of projects.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams.
Guide and mentor other team members.
Familiarity with video editing, unreal engine and audio mixing.
Salary (PKR 50,000-100,000)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
