3D Artist - Generalist
Islamabad, Pakistan
VERSO is looking for a skilled 3D artist, with at least 3 years of
experience to join our animation team. In this role, you will be
instrumental in creating 3D assets and scenes for various projects. As
part of the team, you will assist the animation department in a variety
of roles in a generalist capacity such as asset building, texturing and
shading, look development, rigging and skinning, animating and rendering shots for compositing and post work. The role is for a generalist position, we do not expect expertise in all the desired skills.
Main Responsibilities:
Create high-quality 3D assets including characters, environments and
props.
Be able to texture, shade and look dev assets.
Be able to light and render 3D scenes or assets.
Be able to rig, skin and assist in animating scenes or assets.
Be able to Rn D vfx solutions for assets and scenes such as fur, cloth
sim, dynamics etc.
Participate in compositing and post-production.
Collaborate with the animation lead and other team members to meet
project goals.
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to create
innovative content.
Manage and organize assets and project files for easy access and reuse.
Provide creative input on marketing and design projects for better
collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience of at least 3 years as 3D artist, CG generalist or similar role with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in animation, rendering and compositing software, such as
Adobe suite, Nuke, Blender, Maya, 3ds Max etc.
Understanding of 3D pipeline and processes in creating content for a
variety of projects.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams.
Guide and mentor other team members.
Familiarity with video editing, unreal engine and audio editing.
Salary (PKR 50,000-100,000)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
