Job Summary:
We are in search of a results-oriented Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing sales teams, and fostering robust relationships with clients.
Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: FA/Bachelor's degree
• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of sales management experience
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Tissue FMCG industry
