Regional Manager – ISMMART Estates and Builders Pakistan (Islamabad, Lahore & Karachi)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all real estate activities within the assigned region, ensuring timely execution of projects.
- Develop and implement regional strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, contractors, and government bodies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence and meet project deadlines.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets for regional operations.
- Represent ISMMART at regional industry events to enhance brand presence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in real estate, construction, or project management.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and regulations in Pakistan.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
