We are seeking a Managing Director to lead the ISMMART Estates and Builders division in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all real estate and building projects, ensuring timely execution, compliance, and profitability. This is a strategic leadership role aimed at driving growth in the real estate division and establishing ISMMART as a key player in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all real estate projects.
• Develop strategies to grow ISMMART’s real estate division, focusing on market expansion and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all local building regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and government bodies.
• Lead project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Monitor the financial performance of the division, ensuring all projects are delivered within budget.
• Represent ISMMART at industry events to strengthen brand presence and build partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in real estate, construction, or building sectors.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, building regulations, and standards in Pakistan.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead diverse teams.
• Strong financial management skills with a focus on delivering profitable projects.
