We are looking for a Managing Director – Hospitality to lead ISMMART's hospitality division, ensuring excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality management, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, operational oversight, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the operations of ISMMART's hospitality properties, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive positioning in the hospitality sector.
• Oversee the financial performance of the division, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgetary goals.
• Innovate and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, vendors, and staff.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with other divisions, such as real estate and procurement, to leverage synergies within ISMMART Group of Industries.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the hospitality management team to foster a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing P&L and operational budgets.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth and innovation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
