Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Lead Generation Coordinator to join our team. As part of the lead generation department, you will be responsible for supervising the lead generation process, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the team to meet and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the lead generation team’s daily activities.
• Monitor team performance to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.
• Assist team members in engaging with decision-makers and promoting our services.
• Conduct quality checks on lead data and ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain detailed records and update the database with lead progress and outcomes.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to team members as needed.
• Communicate with management to address challenges and share progress updates.
• Ensure adherence to company protocols and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English with a neutral accent.
• At least one month's experience in a lead generation or outbound calling environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to new processes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Working Hours:

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Pakistan Time)

Location:
Plot CM-19, Third Floor, Wireless Gate, Shamsi Society, National Bank of Pakistan Building, Malir, Karachi.
