Are you an experienced paralegal with a background in immigration law and a passion for healthcare staffing? We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our team and work with our external legal partners to ensure smooth visa processing for healthcare professionals from abroad.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our Dallas, TX-based external law firm to facilitate the filing of H-1B (non-cap) and EB-3 visas for healthcare professionals.
• Assist in matching the appropriate job specialties and categories in visa applications, ensuring alignment with O*NET codes and job descriptions.
• Coordinate all immigration paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. immigration laws.
• Communicate regularly with international candidates from Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Turkey regarding the visa process and required documentation.
• Track visa applications and monitor timelines to ensure smooth and timely processing.
• Liaise between our legal team, HR, and international candidates to address any concerns or updates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal with a focus on immigration law.
• Familiarity with H-1B and EB-3 visa processes, particularly in healthcare staffing.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations and experience working with external legal counsel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-culturally and with diverse teams.
