• Support students with academic or personal concerns and provide guidance
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
• Encourage student engagement in extracurricular activities and leadership programs
• Assist in creating a positive and supportive learning environment
• Address and resolve student issues, complaints, or grievances
• Coordinate orientation programs and facilitate student onboarding
