Job Title: Education Outreach Coordinator
Location: Karachi, with travel across Pakistan
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Education Outreach Coordinator to promote the Rehan School curriculum across schools in Karachi and Pakistan. This person will serve as a key representative, visiting schools, building awareness, and encouraging adoption of our curriculum. The goal is to ensure that more schools embrace this approach, helping students to achieve educational success through our system.
Key Responsibilities:
1.School Outreach and Relationship Building

• Visit schools across Karachi and Pakistan to introduce the Rehan School curriculum.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and educational organizations to facilitate curriculum adoption.

• Organize and conduct presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and unique aspects of our curriculum.

2.Awareness Creation and Curriculum Promotion

• Develop and deliver impactful messaging on the advantages of the Rehan School curriculum, adapting explanations to diverse school environments and stakeholders.

• Explain how adopting our curriculum and books can enhance student learning outcomes and improve teaching effectiveness.

• Use various communication methods, including in-person meetings, webinars, and follow-up emails, to keep schools engaged.

3.Training and Support for Adopting Schools

• Provide guidance to schools adopting the Rehan curriculum, offering initial training to ensure smooth integration.

• Act as a support point of contact for schools post-adoption, addressing questions and coordinating further assistance if needed.

4.Data Collection and Reporting

• Gather feedback and insights from schools about their curriculum needs and challenges.

• Prepare reports on outreach efforts, school interest levels, and any follow-up actions required for management.

5.Collaboration with Marketing and Development Teams

• Work closely with our internal teams to align outreach efforts with overall educational goals and refine the curriculum presentation.

• Share field insights with the development team to enhance and evolve our curriculum based on feedback from school visits.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in educational outreach, curriculum promotion, or teaching.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage diverse audiences.

• Comfort with frequent travel and adaptability to different cultural and educational environments across Pakistan.

• Familiarity with the Rehan School curriculum and educational approach is a strong plus.
