Role Description:
The Sales Coordinator will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Sales Coordinator will also collaborate with various departments and clients, playing a critical role in the success of the sales team by supporting sales strategies, managing documentation, and assisting with client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support for Sales Team:
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Role Description:
The Sales Coordinator will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. The Sales Coordinator will also collaborate with various departments and clients, playing a critical role in the success of the sales team by supporting sales strategies, managing documentation, and assisting with client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support for Sales Team:
- Prepare and manage sales documents such as proposals, quotes, contracts, and presentations.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate client information and sales data.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
- Organize and schedule meetings for the sales team with clients and prospects.
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics for the Country Sales Manager (CSM) as needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients when the sales team is unavailable.
- Handle inquiries from potential or existing customers by providing information, resolving issues, or directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Follow-up on sales leads to provide necessary documentation, samples, or information.
- Assist in the preparation of product or service demonstrations for potential clients.
- Track and manage sales proposals sent through the CSM to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Finance, Admin, and Planning) to ensure smooth processing and fulfillment.
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all paperwork and contracts are completed accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the sales process.
- Gather and input data for sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline summaries.
- Analyze sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, lead generation data) to help the CSM track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and materials for meetings or conferences.
- Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring all client interactions and sales data are accurately logged.
- Train new sales team members on the CRM system and other sales tools.
- Troubleshoot sales system issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales materials and collateral are up-to-date and available for use.
- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation efforts and ensure leads are properly assigned to the sales team.
- Assist with the organization of sales events or trade shows, including logistics and promotional materials.
- Deliver clear, effective verbal and written communication to internal teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Demonstrate active listening skills to understand the needs of both clients and the sales team, responding accurately and helpfully.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive client experience by addressing inquiries and issues promptly.
- Maintain a professional and pleasant personality, with flexibility to adapt to company policies and requirements.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of effectively presenting sales strategies and materials to both internal teams and clients.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, administration, or business development.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and certification processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written & verbal).
- Highly motivated, energetic, and with a strong appetite for growth and success.
- Good time management and teamwork skills.
- Strong presentation and interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of industries like oil and gas, construction, or power is an advantage.
