Sales Agent (Night Shift)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cold Calling to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in generating leads and setting appointments for the sales team by cold calling prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided lead lists.
- Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their needs and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects who showed initial interest but did not convert.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for call volume and appointment setting.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Location: PECHS Block 2, Karachi, Pakistan
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 8 PM to 5 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
