We are seeking a Director of Media and Marketing – Estates and Builders to spearhead our media and marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance the brand presence of ISMMART’s Real Estate and Building division, driving growth and ensuring a strong market position.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies specific to the real estate and building sector.
• Lead and manage media campaigns to build brand visibility and position ISMMART Estates and Builders as a leader in the industry.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, content creation, and social media management.
• Handle media relations and public communications to maintain a consistent and strategic brand image.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales and property development to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to refine marketing approaches.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in media and marketing, with a preference for experience in the real estate sector.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
