Essential Skills for Success
Proven Sales Leadership: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales role, with a track record of successfully managing and growing sales teams.
Team Management & Development: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams, ensuring they exceed revenue targets and business goals.
Strategic Sales Planning: Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that align with business objectives, driving revenue and market share growth.
Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Revenue Generation: A results-driven mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, maximising revenue across multiple markets.
