Essential Skills for Success
CRM Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Go High Level, Salesforce, and Hub Spot, along with a comprehensive understanding of CRM best practices.
Data-Driven Strategy: Strong ability to analyze client data, customer journeys, and CRM metrics to drive business insights and deliver results-driven improvements.
Customer Lifecycle Management: Proven experience in optimizing customer lifecycle processes, from lead acquisition to client retention, ensuring high satisfaction rates and growth.
Systems Integration: Strong understanding of CRM integration with marketing automation tools, sales platforms, and customer service channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Process Optimization: Experience in streamlining workflows and automating processes within CRM systems to maximize efficiency and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Implementation: Lead the design, implementation, and management of Go High Level, Salesforce, and Hub Spot systems across our international client base.
Client Data Management: Oversee data collection, storage, and segmentation to ensure accurate and actionable insights that drive personalized marketing and sales strategies.
System Optimization: Regularly assess and optimize CRM systems to align with business goals, improving efficiency and client satisfaction.
Automation & Workflows: Design and implement CRM automation workflows to enhance lead nurturing, conversion tracking, and client follow-ups.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and manage detailed CRM reports, providing insights into customer behavior, engagement, and campaign performance.
Team Training & Support: Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on how to best utilize CRM systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across departments.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Act as the point of contact for CRM issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
CRM Expertise: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Go High Level, Salesforce, and Hub Spot, with a deep understanding of CRM functionalities, automation, and customization.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing CRM systems to enhance customer relations, increase retention, and drive growth.
Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analyzing CRM data, generating reports, and using insights to optimize business processes and marketing strategies.
Process-Oriented Mindset: Ability to create, refine, and implement CRM workflows, automation, and integration with other business systems.
Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and international clients.
