Key Responsibilities

Creative Design: Develop visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and more.
Brand Identity: Work closely with the marketing team to maintain and evolve the visual identity of both DSD and our clients.
Client Projects: Design content that aligns with client goals, ensuring all visuals communicate their message effectively.
Collaboration: Coordinate with copywriters, developers, and marketing strategists to ensure cohesive and impactful design outcomes.
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and software to produce fresh, innovative content.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Essential Skills for Success

Graphic Design Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your creative work.
Proficiency with Design Tools: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.) and other relevant design software.
Creativity & Innovation: A strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout design.
Attention to Detail: Ensure all designs are precise, polished, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with different departments and communicate ideas effectively.
Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
