- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and software to produce fresh, innovative content.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Graphic Design Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your creative work.
- Proficiency with Design Tools: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.) and other relevant design software.
- Creativity & Innovation: A strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all designs are precise, polished, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with different departments and communicate ideas effectively.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, with a solid portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.
