Raw Material Executive (HUB)

An individual will be responsible for overseeing the verification, storage, and management of raw materials at the manufacturing plant. This role ensures efficient coordination between departments to address discrepancies and maintain optimal warehouse operations for raw material storage.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Monitor and assist in the physical verification of raw materials upon arrival, including vendor purchases and imports.
2) Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to received materials.
3) Review incoming material lists and verify against specifications, reconciliations, and quantities.
4) Identify and document any non-confirming items or discrepancies for resolution.
5) Ensure the proper arrangement and safe storage of raw materials in the warehouse.
6) Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure availability and prevent overstocking or shortages.
7) Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance, and other departments to streamline the material handling process.
8) Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organizational standards in all material management activities.
9) Prepare regular reports on material receipt, verification, and storage activities.
10) Provide actionable insights to management for process improvements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: 04 to 05 years of experience in material handling, warehouse management, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in inventory management systems, SAP and MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
