Admin Executive (HUB)

An individual will oversee and ensure the efficient functioning of administrative activities at the manufacturing plant. This includes managing office operations, coordinating with various departments, handling documentation, housekeeping, Canteen management and general administration. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to support plant operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1) Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, facilities, and equipment.
2) Manage communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence with external stakeholders.
3) Ensure timely procurement and management of office supplies and utilities.
4) Assist in coordinating employee attendance, maintaining time records, and tracking leave applications.
5) Manage employee accommodation, transportation, and other facility arrangements as required.
6) Handle queries and grievances related to administrative support.
7) Oversee the maintenance of plant facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
8) Ensure compliance with safety and security standards for plant operations.
9) Maintain accurate records of plant activities, including vendor agreements, invoices, employee records, and compliance reports.
10) Liaise with external service providers, contractors, and government authorities for licenses, permits, and compliance requirements.
11) Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless administrative support for production activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 05 to 07 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
