Utilities Engineer (HUB)

Gatron Industries Limited, one of the leading manufacturing sector operates across Pakistan. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Utilities Engineer to join our manufacturing plant based in HUB Chowki. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and optimizing the utility systems, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Operate and maintain utility systems, including ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), cooling towers, compressors, and water treatment facilities.
2) Oversee chemical processes related to water treatment and cooling tower operations, ensuring adherence to environmental regulations.
3) Ensure the safe and efficient handling of chemicals for water treatment processes.
4) Monitor utility system performance and implement improvements to optimize energy and resource usage.
5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and sustainable operations of all utility systems.
6) Prepare and maintain detailed records of utility performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (BE-Chemical).
Experience: 04–05 years of proven work experience in a similar role at a plant or manufacturing site.

- Proficiency in SAP and other MS Office tools.
- Strong time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of environmental and safety standards related to utility operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
