Solution Architect / Sales Engineer

Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify enterprise customers' needs, translating them into technical requirements.

Design, architect, and present solutions that align with clients’ business objectives, leveraging company products and services.

Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor for enterprise clients throughout the sales cycle, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, and post-sales support.

Develop detailed solution proposals and presentations tailored to clients' specific business goals and technical environments.

Work closely with product management and engineering teams to convey customer feedback and market demands, contributing to the product roadmap.

Provide technical guidance and support for complex enterprise implementations, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing systems.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies relevant to enterprise sales.

Assist in crafting responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring technical accuracy and a competitive edge in solution offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations to facilitate long-term partnerships.
Requirements
-
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on enterprise-level sales.

Proven track record of designing and delivering complex technical solutions to enterprise clients.

Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, and software development practices.

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and engineering.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-
Hands-on experience with tools such as CRM systems, product demonstration software, and collaboration platforms.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Saa S solutions, or enterprise software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
