Job Description
Five Rivers Technologies seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect / Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the sales process by collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful product implementation. This role requires a combination of technical acumen, sales expertise, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between customer needs and our solutions.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify enterprise customers' needs, translating them into technical requirements.
  • Design, architect, and present solutions that align with clients’ business objectives, leveraging company products and services.
  • Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor for enterprise clients throughout the sales cycle, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, and post-sales support.
  • Develop detailed solution proposals and presentations tailored to clients' specific business goals and technical environments.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to convey customer feedback and market demands, contributing to the product roadmap.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for complex enterprise implementations, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies relevant to enterprise sales.
  • Assist in crafting responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring technical accuracy and a competitive edge in solution offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations to facilitate long-term partnerships.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on enterprise-level sales.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering complex technical solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, and software development practices.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and engineering.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as CRM systems, product demonstration software, and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Saa S solutions, or enterprise software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
