As a Technical Solutions Designer, you will be instrumental in creating innovative technology solutions that address client challenges and enhance business outcomes. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy solving complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Solutions: Create comprehensive technical designs for complex systems and applications, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Lead Projects: Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring teams adhere to architectural best practices and standards.
- Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, translating them into technical specifications and effective solutions.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Documentation: Develop detailed technical documentation to communicate designs and solutions to stakeholders effectively.
- System Integration: Create integration strategies for various systems and applications, ensuring smooth data flow and operational functionality.
- Mentor Team Members: Guide junior developers and technical staff, promoting a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews and testing processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate technical decisions and strategies to stakeholders, facilitating alignment across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in software development and architectural design.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and architectural methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Dev Ops).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication skills, explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in designing microservice architectures and API integrations is advantageous.
This position requires night-time hours from 6 PM to 3 AM.
